A surprise snow break gave students and staff a chance to enjoy winter fun, while teachers and students returned refreshed and ready to shine. From classroom achievements to teacher recognitions, our school had plenty to celebrate. Here is a look at the top moments that made this month special.

Celebrating 100 Days of School!
This milestone marks an exciting achievement for our students as they reach the 100-day mark of the school year! To celebrate, our students had a blast dressing up as 100-year-olds, donning wigs, glasses, and creative outfits that brought a fun twist to the day. Along with the dress-up, they participated in a variety of engaging activities, reflecting on everything they've learned and accomplished so far. From counting to 100 in unique ways to completing special projects, our students have shown amazing growth and enthusiasm. It's a time to reflect on how far we've come and look forward to the remainder of the school year. Here's to many more days of learning, laughter, and success!
Fun and Educational Projects
This month, students have been working on some exciting projects in art, math, and history. They’ve been exploring new ideas, developing their skills, and connecting what they’re learning in different ways. We’re proud of their hard work and creativity as they continue to grow in these subjects.
Snow Day Fun!
Our recent snow day was a welcome break, filled with plenty of fun and excitement! While students were cozy at home, many took the opportunity to build snowmen, go sledding, or simply enjoy the winter wonderland. It was a perfect chance for everyone to embrace the season, and we loved seeing how our students made the most of their day off. Whether they were indoors sipping hot cocoa or braving the cold for outdoor adventures, the snow day gave everyone a moment to relax and recharge.
Snowman Challenge Spotlight: Great Job, Alondra Pérez!
We want to give a big shout-out to Alondra Pérez for representing Miller in the Top 10 Snowman Challenge! Your creativity and hard work truly stood out, and we couldn’t be prouder. A special thank you goes to our generous Miller Rocket School Council member for donating a $30 Starbucks gift card—because winter fun is even better with a warm drink in hand! Congratulations, Alondra, and thank you for making Miller shine! ❄️⛄
