The SPRING SCHOLAR SHOWCASE is coming up and this year's showcase has gotten an upgrade. It will be BIGGER and BETTER than ever!

GRADE LEVEL CLASSROOM INTERACTION

Visit your scholar's homeroom teachers to see all the work they have been doing this year. Each grade will also feature an exciting interactive experience for your family! You might even wander into the next grade level to meet the teachers your scholars will be with next year.

Then WANDER up a grade level and pop into their wonder room. Our teacher teams would love to meet their incoming scholars!

Take some time during the showcase to pop into the TALENT SHOW happening in the gym. This year's show will feature our scholars singing, dancing, and performances of all artistic types!

*If your scholar is performing in the show, please check your email for their scheduled time-slot and deliver them to the Cast Only Green Room located in the SW corner of the gym.

Wander around campus searching for clues to find the hidden "gems" of the Apache Campus. Take a selfie where you find each new clue and post it to Instagram for a chance to win 1 of 4

Visit the Ambassador Club Snack Shack for a treat! All the proceeds from this and every snack shack sale will go towards the Ambassador Club legacy gift to the school.

The Ambassador Club will be operating their Apache Snack Attack Shack concession stand every Wednesday during the lunch periods. Everything sells for $1 each.

Each month Mrs. Jones and Mr. Burden host TOPA Community News. This broadcast claims to be the most watched TOPA news network video on YouTube (maybe because it's the only one 🤣). Click the link to see for yourself why TCN has made Mrs. Jones and Mr. Burden our very own YouTube stars!

We all live very busy lives and sometimes it gets difficult to keep up with the latest news. To help reach all our families quickly and conveniently, TOPA has started using our text message system for newsletters and emergency alerts. Are you getting our texts? If not, here is a couple things you can try to get on our list.

• Text messages: Reply START to "60680" from the phone line(s) that is on file with TOPA for non-emergency texts.
• Reply START to "54968" for emergency messages.

After you send the START message you will receive a reply that you are now subscribed to our informational messages.

Please wait to deliver treats to your class for just a bit! At Odyssey we hold birthday celebrations for the entire class on the last Thursday of the month. This limits the distraction of sugary sweets during learning time. Your scholar's teacher will invite you to participate in the celebration in their newsletters. This month's celebration will be held on April 24th (unless your teacher schedules it another day).

Hello, my name is Teresa and I am the events coordinator at the Apache campus. You will see me at all the fun events here at Apache. I also send out sign-ups for volunteers and help coordinate volunteer opportunities in the classrooms. I'm in charge of all the fun stuff here at Odyssey and I take my job very seriously! :)
