As you are aware, a formal communication was sent to families on August 29, 2024, which outlined the collaborative efforts of the faculty and staff in fostering an environment of mutual respect among students, families, and staff members. This initiative aims to enhance both collaboration and productivity within our academic community.
Middle School administration and teachers have been working closely with the Middle School Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) creating opportunities for students to learn about and practice respect and understanding in our building. This kind of positive atmosphere is crucial for helping our students grow and develop, and it contributes to the overall success of our school by creating a more inclusive and welcoming school environment.
We are pleased to announce that we have arranged for an assembly for all middle school students with an artist who is not only talented but who will also deliver an inspiring personal message about empathy, kindness, working hard to improve one’s talents, and following your heart.
On Thursday, October 10, 2024, students will be going to the high school auditorium during 8th and 9th periods to experience a show featuring Rob Surette who currently paints for Disney, DC Comics, Star Wars, Muppets, Indiana Jones, and MARVEL!
We are also hosting another performance that same evening, at 6:15 pm, in the high school auditorium. This event is free and is open to the entire RCS community. Please join us!
