2025 Theme: "Greater Works!"
MARCH 16-22, 2025 VOLUME 3-3
This March, we will be celebrating Women's History Month. Each Sunday, we will highlight women who have contributed to our church and our country. This week, we highlight the members of the Prayer Warriors Team. We appreciate these ladies and their team members for always standing in the gap and leading us in prayer for our leaders, members, and our community.
WHAT IS A PRAYER WARRIOR?
It is a term used to describe someone who is dedicated to prayer, especially interceding for others, and who sees prayer as a form of spiritual warfare. Being a prayer warrior leader is a ministry and is vital to the house of God. We are grateful at One Church to have these ladies standing in the gap and leading us in prayer.

Sis. Cathy Scriven - Eagles Prayer Team Leader

HOW CAN YOU SAY, "I'M HAPPY TO BE HERE"

CHOIR ANNIVERSARY
The choir's first anniversary was a great success. Sis. Lynda Wilson recognized Sis. Aliciah Small as the Choir Member of the Year. Everyone was blessed as you can see from the video clip.
The choir did such a great job that the congregation got involved as they passed the mic to different members to help them sing.
SPECIAL GUESTS SINGERS
Sis. Crystal Godbolt and the Low Voice Ensemble did an amazing job to bless the choir in song. The Senior Ensemble, along with singers from Guiding Star, did their good singing. We thank both groups for participating.

NEW WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
The Spiritual Journey
Ephesians 4:15 - But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
Since spiritual growth is an intentional process and takes desire and dedication, this study will navigate through the natural journey of the children of Israel from Egypt to Mt. Zion. Each segment of Israel’s journey will relate God’s Divine Plan of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for humanity’s salvation, deliverance and discipleship.
The objective of this study is to give each participant the opportunity to gain understanding of their relationship with Jesus and to successfully navigate through their personal spiritual journey from salvation to discipleship. This is a twelve (12) week course using Slide Presentations, videos, discussion questions and Q&A on different phases of the journey. Click the button below for week one discussion questions.
We hope you will join us for the entire journey!
