Although the office is officially open, it is still summer for a few more weeks. The purpose of this update is to share some important information you will need in the next few weeks as you transition to another year. Please know that as we get closer, I will send you more details about the start of school.

You and your child are invited to meet their new teacher on August 28th. The purpose of this event is to meet the teacher, see the classroom, and set up any supplies you may have. We have found this to be a great opportunity to ease some of the back to school nerves for students (and some parents 😉). In order to make this a success, please read the following:

• Please keep to the times on the schedule.
• Our schedule allows for the time slots slated for each grade levels. Teachers are involved in other meetings throughout the day. We cannot accommodate anyone who arrives early or late.
• Please visit only your child's teacher.
• Although we love seeing former students, this is not the time to pop in and visit. Teachers need to be focused on their incoming students and their families.

Our PTO is hosting a Back to School Bash on the Studley field. This event is an opportunity to meet and socialize with old and new friends before the start of school. The event will be 2:00PM-4:00PM. We hope to see you there.

You will need access to your ASPEN portal throughout the school year. Please take a minute to set yourself up and make sure you can access.

As a reminder, in case you need to start looking, returning students in grades 3 and 4 are expected to return their school issued device and charger which were sent home in June. Students who do not return one or both of these items will be charged a fee.
