I heard awesome and extremely powerful conversations when I was making my rounds on Wednesday. I was very very impressed with the teams I was able to visit and the honest conversations taking place about next steps.

I want to remind you all to pat yourself on the back because there are not many schools doing what we are with TRUE PLC's (most schools say they are Professional Learning Communities but they are more like groups), MTSS interventions, confronting grading practices/SBG, PBIS with fidelity etc. WE ARE ROCK STARS AND DON'T FORGET IT!

Please, please, please take time to celebrate your PLC victories, MTSS victories, PBIS victories etc.

2. Protected Time - average score = 2 (Developing)

3. Team organization and configuration - average score = 2.5 (Developing/Implementing)

4. Team Norms - average score = 2.5 (Developing/Implementing)

5. Roles and Responsibilities - average score = 2 (Developing)

6. Trained leader/peer facilitator - average score = 1 (Conversing)
