From the Abernethy Office

I hope you all had a very nice 3 day weekend and were able to get out and enjoy the sunshine!

There is something about a couple days of sunshine that makes today's grey skies feel like it all is going to be ok!

We are in the final stretch with everything around Abernethy right now! There is a lot to keep track of! I thought that I would help everyone out and give you the top 1-3 things that we all need to do and remember.

This survey is what helps the staff and I identify any areas that we can improve in and is a great opportunity to have your thoughts and feedback shared! I will tell you that we do look at the survey results and we absolutely value your time attention to the responses that you put into this survey.

Lets see if we can get that number of 45 up to over 100 family responses!

Your feedback is what helps us become better and ensure that there is not anything that we are missing that we can improve on.

We do not honor such requests as we do not look at that information when making our lists. The only information we look at is that of which shares your students learning style, their interests, strengths and possible student support that may be needed. This is information that will help us when making our lists.

Teacher assignments are not made until August, when we return after the summer break, and are not based on any one student in the class. We really do strive to build a strong and supportive learning environment that your student will be successful in!
