Director of Student Activities Update
Jim Kelley, our Director of Student Activities, will be leaving Hampshire; his last day is April 14. For the remainder of the school year, CJ Holt (cholt@hr-k12.org) will be stepping in as interim Athletic Director. He will be the point person for all athletic related questions and concerns. Administration will support all extracurricular programming during this time.
We are currently looking for a permanent Director of Student Activities to start July 1. This person oversees all extracurricular programming and athletics throughout the school. For more information, visit our district website.
We wish Mr. Kelley the best of luck in this next step of his career.
Last Day of School & Final Exams
The last day of school is June 23! June 16 is the last regular day of classes and will be a z-day since it is the last day of quarter four.
There is no school on June 19 due to the Juneteenth federal holiday. Our final exam period is June 20-23.
- June 20- periods 1 and 2 final exams
- June 21- periods 3 and 4 final exams
- June 22- periods 5 and 6 final exams
- June 23- period 7 final exams and make ups
June 20-22 are half days of school; buses will run at the regular time in the morning and will depart HRHS at 11am. On June 23, there is only one official final exam period, so buses will run at the regular time in the morning and will depart HRHS at 9:35am.
Students do not need to attend school if they do not have an exam during that final exam period. They are only required to come in for the periods that they have exams. However, if they need to take the bus or are otherwise in the school building, they will be directed to a directed study hall and should use that time to complete work or study for their next exams.
If you have any questions about your child's final exam schedule, please reach out to their teachers, counselor, or team leader directly.
Attention Grade 10 Families

For grade 11 entry, 1 booster dose of MenACWY must be received on or after 16 years of age. (1 or more doses of MenACWY are acceptable as long as 1 dose was received on or after 16 years of age.)
