Coppell Choir Family,

UIL is fast approaching. Each class period is extremely important. Do all you can to be in class and before/after school rehearsals and communicate if you will be absent.

Pre-UIL will take place this week at CHS (see schedule below) and all students will wear their choir t-shirt and jeans. Students must read the Pre-UIL, Spring Concert, and UIL Logistics document found below and in your schoology to ensure you are prepared for our upcoming events in the next 2 weeks!

We love seeing each and every singer work to bring this music to life. Be sure you have the spring concert on your schedule where we will feature all of our music for the community.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR UIL schedule. Parents/Guardians/Family/Friends are invited to witness and support us at UIL. It is always an incredible experience to watch what our singers accomplish at UIL Concert & Sight Reading.

Join us at Chipotle after our Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 2nd, from 5-9PM! It will be a fun night of celebrating CHS Choirs and donating towards the program/our students.

The Coppell Community Chorale will award three (3) scholarships to students who demonstrate appreciation for choral music through participation in school, church, and/or community choir.

Two (2) awards will be made to students who intend to pursue an academic challenge in a discipline other than, or in addition to, music.

One (1) award will be made to a student who intends to pursue music.

Applications will be accepted through Friday, March 29, 2024.

Our Varsity Treble Choir had the privilege to work with Laura Farnell on "Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep" on Monday. It was an incredible opportunity to connect and to learn about the origin and the background of the piece from the composer herself.
