First Full Month

Greetings TLC Family.

I hope you were able to enjoy the long Labor Day weekend and the beautiful weather with your friends and family. Ayden had his first select soccer on Saturday and it was a humbling experience for him and his team. They lost 4-0, even though the game was called early, due to lightning. It will be interesting how they respond. I am hoping it will motivate them to work a little harder inside and outside of practice.

On Sunday, my brother Lucas had the Kennedy family down from Northern Kentucky. My dad has nine brothers and sisters that were born and raised in Elsmere, KY. Most of the Kennedys (other than my brother and I) have stayed in the Northern Kentucky area. We don't get together as often as we should, so it was great to spend the day telling stories and catching up.

As we begin this shortened week, please review the Six Deeper Learning Competencies and reflect on what these mean to you in your daily work. How can you begin to apply what we are learning and working on together? I look forward to our continued collaboration through PLCs.
