School Improvement Plan 24-25
School Improvement Plan 24-25
Our school is chasing high skill growth and development for each student within a strong and supportive learning environment that values teamwork/collaboration/partnerships, along with the diverse experiences that our families, staff and students bring to the Early Learning Center. Together we can make a difference for each of our students.
We commit to:
- excellent instruction through universal use of three of our nine LSSD instructional strategies
- strengthening the effectiveness of our Collaborative Educator teams
- achieving equitable outcomes for each student through effective use of Student Growth Goals
By committing to these things, we will achieve the following:
1. English Language Arts (ELA): By the end of the 2024-25 school year, 85% of ECEAP students will meet or exceed widely held expectations (Literacy) on the June checkpoints as measured by Teaching Strategies GOLD. (Initial Fall 2024 Data - 32% Meeting Literacy Standard. Fall 2023 had 58% Meeting Literacy Standard)
2. MATH: By the end of the 2024-25 school year, 80% of ECEAP students will meet or exceed widely held expectations (Mathematics) on the June checkpoints as measured by Teaching Strategies GOLD. (Initial Fall 2024 Data - 38% Meeting Mathematics Standard. Fall 2023 had 55% Meeting Standard)
3. Social Emotional Learning (SEL): By the end of the 2024-25 school year, 80% of ECEAP students will meet or exceed developmental social emotional expectations as measured by Teaching Strategies GOLD assessment. (Initial Fall 2024 Data - 52% Meeting Standard. Fall 2023 had 71% Meeting Standard)
In addition to supporting all students experiencing barriers to attending, our building will focus on returning students that attended less than 90% of last school year (27 Students), missing more than 2 days a month on average, excused or unexcused, and will improve their attendance during the 2024-25 school year.
We will monitor our progress during the year through:
Collaborative Educator Team meetings that focus on data review of common assessments
The monitoring of outcomes for intervention and enrichment opportunities provided to students
Our Tier One Strategies -- we commit to excellent instruction through the universal use of
Co-Created Classroom Norms
Strategic Grouping
Positive Greetings at the Door
Morning Meetings
Collaborative Educator Team Work

We will achieve equitable outcomes for students using Student Growth Goals......
