The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. With winter weather predicted to impact our area this evening into tomorrow morning, please see our Suffolk Public Schools schedule changes below:
- All after-school athletics and activities are canceled for Tuesday, January 21.
- All buildings and schools will open on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, January 22.
During a 2-hour delay, bus pick-ups for all students will begin two hours later than regular pick-up times, and school hours will be adjusted by two hours to accommodate the change. Please see the adjusted schedule below:
- Middle School: 9:25 a.m.
- High School: 10:25 a.m.
- Elementary School: 11:25 a.m.
The School Administrative Offices and the SPS Pharmacy will open at 10:00 a.m. Please note that our Food and Nutrition Services team will continue to serve breakfast during a delayed opening. Additionally, any before-school childcare will open under the same delay. Dismissal times and after-school activities will remain the same unless otherwise noted.
