Superintendent's Memo
As we approach the end of December and the holiday season, I want to share my heartfelt gratitude with each of you. It is a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team who show up each day with a commitment to excellence and care for our students, our buildings, and our staff.
The first four months of this school year have been filled with energy, challenges, and meaningful successes. Whether you're teaching in classrooms, supporting students through extracurriculars, maintaining our facilities and technology, driving buses, supporting staff, preparing meals, keeping our offices running smoothly, or working behind the scenes in countless other ways, your efforts create an environment where students can thrive and succeed. Your creativity, hard work, and collaboration are the foundation of everything we achieve as a division.
During my visits to schools and departments over the past months, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible work being done and the positive impact each of you has on our students and school communities. Whether through big moments or small gestures, your care and dedication shine through, and it is truly making a difference.
I know many of you balance the demands of work with the busyness of life outside of school. Whether it’s personal commitments, family responsibilities, or other pursuits, your ability to show up each day with focus, care, and dedication is truly inspiring. Thank you for everything you contribute to making our schools and communities stronger.
As we move into the holiday break, I hope you take this opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with your loved ones. May this season bring you moments of peace, joy, and the chance to create lasting memories that will carry you into the New Year with renewed energy and optimism.
On behalf of Buffalo Trail Public Schools, thank you for your dedication and for being an essential part of our team. Wishing you a Merry Christmas, a happy holiday season, and a New Year filled with health, happiness, and continued success.
Be well,
Michelle
