Summer Go Time scholarship is available to eligible Edina Public Schools students (K-12) to assist with registration fees for Community Ed Summer Enrichment Camps and classes.

To register for a camp and request funding, complete the Summer Go Time 2025 Registration form.

Summer Go Time Scholarship Details:

• Go Time Forms accepted starting Monday, Feb 3rd.

Preschool Summer Scholarship available for 2-5 year olds

This email is sent to families who have been approved for financial assistance with Edina Community Ed in 2024-25, including summer 2025. Therefore, you do not need to complete the Financial Aid Application for 2024-25 again.

When can I register? Summer Go Time Scholarship Forms will be accepted starting Feb 3 and awarded until all funds are exhausted. You will receive an email confirmation from Community Ed when they are enrolled in the camp.

I need help completing the form: If you need assistance completing forms or planning your child’s summer schedule, please call or email Krista for an appointment. Appointments are strongly recommended Feb 4-14 or plan to come to the Summer Activities Expo Feb 6.

How much can I get? Up to $550 may be requested and awarded per eligible K-12 Student. Funding is limited and not guaranteed. You are responsible to pay the difference for any additional camps you would like to register for this summer

Can I request camps now and add more later? Funding is not held or guaranteed for later add-ons. If you request an additional camp, assistance granted would depend on if funding was still available at the time of your request. Funding is limited and not guaranteed.

Do I need to request funds from Edina Give and Go?

No, the Summer Go Time will take of it for you to help you quickly get registered and access scholarship funds from both Community Ed and Edina Give and Go. Any funds awarded will count toward your maximum award provided from both Community Ed and Edina Give and Go.

Can I use this scholarship other places? Summer Go Time is only good for Community Ed Enrichment. You will need to work directly with Edina Give and Go to request funds with a different organization.

Can I change my camp selections? Yes, please let us know if you would like to remove and/or switch to a different camp. We will do our best to help find a camp with openings. Changes made less than one week prior to the start of camp will count towards your scholarship maximum.

What camps are available? Edina Community Ed-- Summer Enrichment Camps & Classes is offering over 500 summer camps/classes for youth between June 2-Aug 14. Camps run 4 day, Mon-Thurs, 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm and some evening. Camps will be held at SVMS, ECC, EHS and online from home. Summer 2025 Catalog now online!

What is a wait list? Each camp can only have a certain number of students participate due to staff ratios and room size. If the camp is full, we will keep a list of names of people interested on the wait list. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted to confirm if you would like to register your child into that camp. We can

I need care all-day in the summer? You could select a morning and afternoon camp with a lunch bunch in between if both camps are at SVMS. Your child would be a camp 9am-4pm Mon-Thurs. If you need care all-day, all summer, we recommend registering for KIDS Club which provides care option 7am-5:00pm or 7am-6:00pm Monday-Friday.

We are pleased to partner with the YMCA to offer an outdoor camp experience at YMCA Gathering Pines. This is a Mon-Fri day camp with a bus option from Edina. This scholarship will be for current K-7 Edina Public School Students. The family portion due is $25 per student.

YMCA Scholarship Applications will be available on the ERC Website starting February 6.

Spots are limited and applications will be accepted until Feb 21 or until spaces are filled, whichever comes first.

Contract for 2025-26 KIDS Club- before/after school care program will open March 25 at 8am. The contract request window is March 25, 8 am to April 14, 11:59 pm. Do you have a child starting Kindergartner starting in the fall [ 2025-26]? All incoming Kindergartners are required by the State of Minnesota to have a screening before the start of Kindergarten. Screening is FREE and take about an hour. Screening is open to children starting at age 3. Schedule your appointment today.
