Ava will be testing in October for her Brown Belt in karate.
Ava received a trophy for not only performing well on the mat but for her accomplishments (academic excellence and community service) made outside of the karate studio.

Journey, a Richland Northeast High School junior, has demonstrated exceptional leadership as her class president for three consecutive years. As an honor student in the Horizon Magnet program, she excels academically and actively participates in the Palmetto Center for the Arts, nurturing her passion for the arts. Madison, A Rising Star on the Tennis Court: 11-Year-Old Athlete Shines On and Off the Field
At just 11 years old, Madison is making waves both on the tennis court and in her community. A shining example of talent, leadership, and dedication, this young tennis player has proven that she is a force to be reckoned with, balancing an impressive array of academic and extracurricular achievements with her passion for sports.
Currently excelling as a junior tennis player, she demonstrates a fierce competitive spirit and dedication to her sport. But her accomplishments don’t stop there. As a member of the Junior Beta Club and a consistent honor roll student, she maintains high academic standards, showing her commitment to excellence in the classroom.
Madison's green belt in karate speaks to her physical and mental discipline, while her love for basketball adds another dynamic to her athletic profile. Not only is she driven on the court and in the classroom, but she also gives back to her community, regularly volunteering with her Youth Church. Her sense of responsibility extends beyond her church, as she’s also known for being a helpful neighbor and friend.
When she's not busy with her numerous activities, Madison assists her mother with their small business, honing skills that will surely serve her well in the future. Known for her creativity, she enjoys editing social media videos, a hobby that showcases her eye for detail and media-savvy mindset.
Her love for reading demonstrates her inquisitive nature, but it's her role as a protective big sister and loving daughter that truly defines her. Whether it's supporting her younger brother or bringing joy to her parents, she consistently makes her family proud.
As this talented tennis player continues to grow both on and off the court, there's no doubt she’s on a path toward even greater success. At just 11, Madison has already shown that she has what it takes to make a lasting impact in whatever she sets her sights on.
