Did you know that we send ParentSquare messages informing parents of important events? For example, this week, one of our buses was late to depart in the afternoon. We sent out a ParentSquare message to parents of students that rode that specific bus informing them of the situation and that students would be later than usual.
Families can control how and when they receive updates and information from ParentSquare. Make sure that you have set up TEXT and APP NOTIFICATIONS and that they are set to INSTANT.
The default settings in ParentSquare are for emails to be sent in a digest (getting emails around 6 PM) and texts are turned off. To change this, please follow these simple instructions: https://bit.ly/48Lcq70
We encourage families to change both Head Elementary School and Gwinnett County Public Schools notifications to instant.
For even more convenience, we encourage families and staff to download the ParentSquare app (available for free for iOS and Android devices).
Please be sure to update your contact information by contacting the Head Elementary Front Office when your phone number, address, or email changes.
