La Center United Coalition- Night Owls Meeting
Come learn about current community supports and share community needs and stick around for a short presentation from Matt Cox about How Vaping can put a person at increased risk for COVID-19 and resources for those considering quitting.
Matthew Cox is a Community Prevention Project Specialist with Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112). He provides tobacco and vaping information and resources to the ESD 112 Prevention Team and their partners. He also supports schools and health providers statewide, and manages vaping resources via the internet at www.youthnow.me/schools. He is a trained Tobacco Treatment Specialist and holds Washington State teaching certification in Health & Physical Education.
