A District 67 Look Ahead to the 2024-2025 School Year
May 15, 2024
Dear District 67 Community,
Today, I was joined by Deputy Superintendent Dr. Jeff McHugh, Chief Technology Officer Jordan Salus, Director of Teaching and Learning Vail Kieser, and Everett Principal Dr. Renee Fitzsimmons as we shared a glimpse into plans for the 2024-2025 school year in District 67.
We discussed current academic data and future plans for literacy, math, science, technology, and innovation. I also addressed staffing levels, class size, inclusion philosophy, administrator changes, and master facility planning.
With our Portrait of a Learner vision, strategic plans, and associated metrics as our foundation, we are poised to take learning and growth to a new level in the year ahead.

Thank you,
Matthew L. Montgomery, Ph.D.
