Connection, Co-Regulation, and Coping Skills: Helping kids and teens navigate big feelings
Sometimes, big feelings can take over a household. Sometimes they're our kids' feelings, and sometimes they're our own!
Join Cartwheel and Janine Halloran, LMHC for a webinar to learn practical tips on how to help kids and teens cope with big feelings.
By starting from a foundation of connection and co-regulation, Janine will provide strategies you can teach your kids (and yourself) for noticing, welcoming, and neutralizing big emotions before they take over the household. Attend this webinar if you are hopeful for more peace and patience and less arguing in your home.
This virtual event is part of Cartwheel's free webinar series for parents, caregivers, and school staff.
Please feel free to share this email broadly and access English, Spanish, and Portuguese flyers here.

The BSA struggles with trying to keep you informed without flooding your inbox. We understand some don't have the bandwidth to know more, while others are looking to get more involved...but don't know where to start. If you are one of those people looking to know more please take a moment to fill out the attached form. This does not lock you into anything but helps us filter our "extra" communication more directly to people looking to be more involved with the BSA!
Chelmsford Mothers’ Club Spring Tag Sale
The Spring 2025 CMC Kids Tag Sale will be held at Greater Visions Children’s Center in Chelmsford on April 5th, from 9am-1pm (half price sale 12pm-1pm).
