2025 MCEA Community Education Finance Series
Maintaining Integrity and Viability in Community Education Finance
Managing Community Education (CE) finances is more complex than ever. CE Directors, Coordinators, Managers, and Supervisors must navigate evolving funding formulas, balance multiple revenue sources, generate new funding streams, and protect existing revenues.
This professional development series offers three focused financial management sessions, culminating in a follow-up clinic for technical assistance. Each workshop provides valuable materials, real-world examples, and practical tools to support effective financial management in CE. Register for one, two or all three of the sessions.
The sessions will be held in-person for attendees within a 70-mile radius of Elk River, with a hybrid option available for those outside this area. We strongly encourage in-person attendance, as there is significant value in connecting face-to-face.
