April showers bring May flowers, but it also means indoor recess. Ms. Collinson took care of that by playing keepie-uppie with balloons. Look at Ms. Collinson's face--the students think she is funny!

April 7-11 was National Assistant Principals and Deans Week!

As Dean of Students, Ms. Muffley supports Principal Lindauer in creating a positive learning environment, fostering collaboration among staff, and ensuring the well-being of our students. Ms. Muffley applies herself to the IEP process and ensures that our parents are aware of and assists with post-secondary transition. She is a great help with the meal prep team and assisting students with their job tasks. We love having Ms. Muffley at CCS!

April is Occupational Therapy Month, a time to celebrate the invaluable role that occupational therapists (OTs) play in helping individuals live healthier, more independent lives. Occupational therapy focuses on enabling people of all ages to participate in everyday activities—whether it’s going to work, taking care of personal tasks, or simply enjoying hobbies. It’s an essential service for those recovering from illness or injury, those with disabilities, or anyone needing support to enhance their quality of life.

It was chilly outside both days of the Inclusive Track & Field events at Calvert High School. Despite the weather, it looks like everyone had a great time!

Thank you to Maggie Collinson for the donation of snacks, paper goods, and drinks! This makes us happy 😊 and the items will be put to use!

Come to CCS on May 10th for our annual Spring sale. There will be plants, food, and crafts to make, as well as items for purchase. This is the day before Mother's Day, so if you're a last-minute shopper, stop by!
