Hello Main Street Family!

Our school is now equipped with a new device to sign in visitors. You must have your driver's license or state photo id card.

I'm noticing an increase in student lateness. Please be aware that students miss valuable instruction time when they are excessively late. This could lead to decreased grades and truancy.

The scouts started serving students in our building two weeks ago. They meet every Monday from 4PM - 5PM. Transportation is not provided.

Cell phone usage is prohibited during the school day. Refrain from calling and/or texting your child during the school day. If there is an urgent need to contact your child, you may do so by calling the main office.

Picture forms were sent home last week. Picture day is October 16th.

Wednesday is a 1/2-day teacher Professional Development Day. All students will be dismissed at 11:45 AM.

It is Chester's Homecoming weekend! Please enjoy yourselves! Go Clippers!!!

Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month from 6 PM- 7PM. Our first meeting will be Thursday, October 17, 2024

In an effort to enhance sanitary measures in our building, all drinking fountains have been removed from the building. They have been replaced with water stations. Students can fill their water bottles during the school day. Please send refillable plastic water bottles to school with your children.

Parents:

You must remain in your cars when entering the car line. Please refrain from making u turns in the car line during dismissal. The safety of our children and parents is of utmost importance to us. We would like to move the cars through the line without any disruptions.

Main Street held its annual PBIS House Reveal & Kick-Off Party this past Monday! Our scholars participated in a House Competition trivia game of our ROAR matrix. chalked ROAR messages and received freeze pops.

We had a surprise visit from Andy Armadillo from Texas Roadhouse!

The party concluded with our house leaders competing in a dinosaur costume race. Everyone had a ball!
