I am reaching out to families who are going through changes to see if they would be interested in having their child be part of a small group. I have attached more information. There can be great benefit for children to know they are now alone in the changes they are experiencing.

For Blackbird I am proposing a Wednesday lunchtime meeting. For Shay I am proposing a Thursday lunchtime meeting.

My hope would be to start next week.

Kindergarten Round Up will be Tuesday, May 7th and Wednesday, May 8th.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• Child's birth certificate
• Child Immunization Records
• Proof of income (Tax return w/ W-2, Child support, Unemployment, SSI)

• Medical/dental information
  

*Your family may be eligible for tuition free preschool.
