Let’s Read Something Out Loud!

Monday is the Open Letter Project. Students who are present in the gym during third and fourth periods will hear literature in various forms read aloud by their peers and teachers. Readers will present excerpts from a range of literary works, all representing the voices, ideas, and experiences of immigrants. We hope that this event will help our students to appreciate literature in all of its forms. Thank you to the team of students and teachers who contributed to the selection of the works and the organization of this awesome event.

Please join us for our last and 4th English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meeting of the year on Monday, March 25 at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Come learn information about the English Learner program at DBHS and participate in our Needs Assessment Survey that will determine our informational sessions for the following school year!
