WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA CEREMONY
It was a beautiful morning for the Wreaths Across America Ceremony in Calvary Cemetery. The USA cadets, who were trained by former teacher, Mr. Kregg Kittell, were the backbone of the event. They held the flags, read off key statements, and soluted our deceased veterans. One USA student played taps on his trumpet with smoothness and power. Community members also attended. Fifty four wreaths were added to various veteran's graves around the cemetery. The whole of Team USA and one classroom group from the Voyagers were present. It was a solemn and special occasion.
From Team USA:
The Wreaths Across America Video 2023 - The video is about 16 minutes and includes the ceremony and speakers plus a short slide show (14:30) of some of the pictures.

MONTH OF CODE
December is the month of code at St Albans City School. All month long we will celebrate coding, computer science and innovation. Keep an eye on the announcements to learn about all the great opportunities that await. Stay tuned for a brand new school mystery complete with new characters and lots of coding adventure for all age groups, a dance party, AI challenges, and so much more!!
Monday, December 18th.
Suspects have been identified but just when the detectives think they might have solved the case in this years Month of Code mystery, they find that the suspect did not act alone–they had help from a robot. Can you help the detectives find which robot helped take the master key in Episode 3: Robots? (Note: It is recommended you watch all of the episodes in order!)
All of the robot walks are in this document, if you want to try to make their footprints yourself!
Good Luck!
