Updated Masses & Prayer Service Schedule
Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
Remember that you are never alone on your journey.
We congratulate the Class of 2024 in reaching the milestone of graduating from the 8th Grade! We wish them well in all of their endeavors. Remember, you always have a home at All Souls Catholic School and All Souls Catholic Parish, so don't be strangers.
I would like to thank Mrs. Cadalago for all of her time and effort in preparing the 8th Grade for their graduation and in guiding the students through the process of applying to the Catholic, private, and public high schools! I also wish to thank Mrs. Perlas for preparing the choir and providing music at the graduation ceremony. Thank you to all of the other teachers, teacher aids, and staff members that volunteered to help with setting up the church and the cafeteria for last Thursday night's events.
Also, thank you parents for choosing to partner with All Souls Catholic School!
Renovations at the Annex
Washer & Dryer Anyone?
Beginning Monday, June 10th, a large dumpster and 3 new Tuff Sheds will arrive. We will be removing all school, athletic and Extended Care supplies from the Annex in preparation. The renovations are to include window replacements, and a reconfiguring of the first floor to accomodate classrooms and a girls bathroom and a boys bathroom for the All Souls Catholic Parish Religious Educatioin Program. If everything goes exactly as planned, the renovations will be completed by the end of July. However, anyone that has completed repairs or renovated a pre-existing structure know that this type of work rarely goes as planned.
The boys and girls bathroom will occupy the space that is currently the kitchen and pantry. That means we will no longer have space for the washer and dryer that do work. So, if you need or know someone who needs a washer & dryer, please contact the parish office. You get the washer and dryer for free, but you have to haul it yourself.
Once the renovations are completed, most likely we will be sharing classrooms with the Parish Religious Education Program. So pay attention in August for any possible changes in the location of Extended Care in the fall.

How are the members of the school board selected?
I used the following process to constitute next year's school board. Even with using this general process, the final decisions were difficult to make.
- All current school board members that are still completing their 3 year commitment received an email requesting their intent to serve on the school board for the next school year. Most of the 2023-2024 school board members are continuing their 3 year tearm in the 2024-2025 school year.
- Due to an oversite, a returning Board Member was just added to School Board Membership.
- The 2023-2024 School Board had 12 parents that served on the Board.
- We decided to reduce that number to 10 parents serving on the 2024-2025 School Board.
- All new members are approved by the Principal and Pastor.
- Sometimes the grade of a parents' child(ren) are a factor.
- Sometimes membership is determined by who is next on the list from the Re-Registration Process.
If you were not selected this year, please choose an alternative activity for next year that will allow you to complete your 40 hours of service. Thank you for your willingness to serve and for your continued support of All Souls Catholic School.

Bingo Helpers Needed
Dear All Souls Catholic School Community,
Bingo allowed us to raise tution no more than 5% for the 2024-2025 School Year. I know we are nearing the end of this school year and all of us are beginning to experience spring fever. However, I encourage as many parents as possible to volunteer for Bingo for the remainder of this school year. Your help is greatly needed.
Thank you in advance for any assistance that you may provide to our Bingo events.
