Roadrunner Report
Glenmeade families,
Three more days till our Winter Break! All of our after school performances are officially complete and we are now working and planning all of our 2025 events 💙 Remember to ask your child's teachers what your child can work on over the break to keep them sharp for when they return. Also, on the first day back is when Science projects are due! I will make sure to post reminders on our instagram and send something our through parent square. Thank you always for your support and participation in this beautiful Hidden Gem of a community. Have a safe and fun break. We're almost there 💛
Sincerely,
Mrs. Jeanette Kwon and Mrs. Amy Fauce

Handbooks
Here is a quick place for you to have access to our handbooks.
Parking Lot
When exiting the parking lot, please make a right turn ONLY. This will ensure a quick and easy drop off and pick up.
NO LEFT TURN OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.
Parking lot reminders:
Thank you for using the right lane for pick up and drop off.
The left lane is for passing ONLY, you cannot stop and wait in the left lane. The left lane is not for passing all the cars and then going into the right lane in front of the rest of the line to drop off or pick up your child. Please be mindful of all the people who have waited their turn in line.
- Please help us by parking in DESIGNATED areas only. Please avoid parking in "No Parking" spots. The handicap spots that are in those areas may require the doors to open as wide as they can, for wheel chair accessibility, or just a safe space for those individuals who need them.
*Anyone who parks in a "No Parking" area can and will be cited.*
PBIS Goal of the Week!
I can be Respectful!
- We expect all Roadrunners to be respectful when talking through problems with their peers. It is a great practice to listen to what someone says first and then respond.
Glenmeade Science Fair
Remember:
- Regularly check the Science Fair Google Classroom weekly!!!!
- Give yourself time to complete a project
- Be prepared
- Plan the experiment and make sure you have enough time
- Your project is due at school on Monday, January 6, 2025.
Cell phone/Electronic Policy
CELL PHONES, SMART WATCHES, ELECTRONICS –
Glenmeade is proud to announce that we provide student access to Chromebooks in all of our classrooms. Students should only use electronic devices under the direct supervision of the teacher, so there is no need for students to bring their own devices from home. This includes cell phones, smart watches, iPads, and tablets. It is recommended that all electronics be left at home and not brought to school. If a student brings electronics to school, they must be off and put away once they arrive on campus. Privacy rights must not be violated. Cell phones can be brought to school if they are turned off and left in the student’s backpack until after school.

Breakfast at Glenmeade
Did you know that FREE breakfast is available to our students from 7:20 am - 7:45 am on all school days? Having breakfast at school ensures students get a good breakfast and will be on time to school. Students eating breakfast at Glenmeade will be dismissed to line up with their class at 7:45 am.
