Cooking Corner (Recipe for Success)

We will share recipes paired with and powered by JML Nutrition products!


JML No Bake Protein Energy Balls


Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup - old fashioned rolled oats

1 Cup - natural peanut butter (sun butter substitution)

1/4 Cup - Honey and maple syrup

2 scoops - JML Whey Protein

2 tablespoons - chocolate chips


1. Place oats, peanut (or sun) butter, honey, JML Whey protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine.

2. Getting the mixture to combine takes a little arm, but will come together as you keep mixing.

3. Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.

4. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.


Approx. prep time: 10 minutes
