STUDENT ACTIVITIES - RECOGNITION
NOHS StuCo hosted and led a districtwide Student Council Workshop this past Wednesday. Over 120 elementary and middle school students participated in focused activities related to leadership, team building, communication and school spirit. The goal of the workshop was to help build a solid foundation of student leaders throughout our district schools. Great work NOHS StuCo leaders, Mr. Sexstella and Mrs. Hynes!!
The SITES program with help from Mr. Novelli's Creative Cooking classes, Mr. Duly's pottery classes, and other amazing people who donated bread, cookies, brownies and their time held their first Empty Bowls charity event on Thursday and raised over $1800.00. Thank you to the North Olmsted CIty School
Education Foundation for your generous grant that held to make this event a huge success. All proceeds will benefit the North Olmsted Oxcart Food Pantry which serves over 200 families during the holiday season.
