Hope you are staying warm as winter is upon us! As many of you know, I'm fascinated with brain research, and during the winter months, I tend to get less sunshine in my life (which causes a decrease in serotonin levels). Higher levels of serotonin improve our moods, and when I don't get as much sun exposure, I focus on a few other strategies that help me deal with stress and everyday life challenges.
