Monday, February 17: No School - Presidents Day

March 10 - 14: Spring Break

We are having a Valentine exchange on Thursday, February 13. Your child may bring Valentine cards and/or prepackaged treats to share with their classmates. Be on the lookout for a class list from your child's teacher!

RLA: review the genres of biographies, non-fiction informational text

Math: Review of composing/decomposing fractions, equivalent and comparing fractions, and weight, time, capacity

Science: Review of soil and rapid changes to Earth's surface

Social Studies: Communicating in written, oral, and visual forms; applying critical thinking skills to organize information

We love to celebrate birthdays! Birthday celebrations will take place at the end of the day on the last day of the week so instruction is not disrupted. If you will leave any items you want to share with the class in the front, the office will make sure to get them to your child's class.
