Principal's Post
Dear Rainiers,
The last day of school is Tuesday, June 16th, a little over four weeks from now. Let’s pretend for a minute that we are standing at “home” plate. The game is tied and we want to finish strong! The goal is to get through this week’s assignments and be on first base. When on first we know that we can make it to second. With our teacher’s coaching us to run to second, we are on our way. We can see home from second. Another week’s work will get us to third. As we are in the home stretch a few more fun things to do make sliding into home worth it. The ABCs are done and we have scored the win!
I encourage you to stay strong! Our team is amazing. We recognize that we get tired, we get stressed and we do not know what the future holds, but we are together just like the baseball team mentioned. Go, TEAM Columbia Crest A-STEM Academy, you have got this!
Sincerely,
Allison Shew
Principal
Greetings from Mr. & Mrs. Gendreau
Picking Up Belongings & Returning School Items
Families will have the opportunity to gather their child's belongings next month. During this time students will be able to take home gym shoes, school supplies, school work, artwork, etc. In addition, supplies students need to return will be collected including library books, textbooks and other school equipment checked out to students prior to the closure.
Upon arrival you will remain in your vehicle. You will drive up near the front entry and will be greeted by a staff member. Please inform the staff member the names/grades of the students you need to collect items for. If you have an item to return to the school such as a textbook, library book or gym equipment please hand those items off to the staff member working with you. They will ensure the items are delivered to the proper location.
We are in need of gym shoes. If you would like to donate your child's gym shoes to the school, please alert the staff member greeting you.
All five Eatonville School District schools will be open on the following dates and time frames based on the student’s last name:
