MUSTANG SPOTLIGHT - ‘MISS CHAR’ STANSBURY, VOLUNTEER AIDE AT THE EARLY LEARNING PRESCHOOL
‘Miss Char’ Stansbury has been a volunteer for our Early Learning Preschool since 2006. Miss Char spent 11 years at the Lunn Road location and the last 4 years at the Chapman Elementary location. Prior to her work with our District, Miss Char worked for 30 years in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District as a Kindergarten teacher. She earned her undergraduate degree from the prestigious Mather Women’s College and her Master’s degree from Cleveland State University.
“I love working with the preschool students of Strongsville. They are honest, spontaneous, and just a lot of fun to be around. This is where my heart is - working with children. I also appreciate the camaraderie and collaboration working with our fantastic preschool teachers. They keep me feeling young,” said Miss Char.
Thank you Miss Char for volunteering your time and talents to help our preschool students! #WeAreStrongsville
