No Turning Back
Circle G Ministry
Keepin' On
One of my favorite passages is John 6:68. Jesus's followers have marveled at his multiplication of the five loaves and two fishes, and they've been awed by his walking on the water....but when it comes to the nitty gritty, His bold, convicting presentation of the true Gospel, many choose to walk away. So He turns to the twelve and asks, "Will you also go away?" Catch Peter's response: "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life." I kinda love that. Leave? Why? YOU, Lord, are the only hope we have.
My friends, thank you for equipping us for this life of serving Jesus in full-time ministry. We love Circle G, and we don't ever want to turn back. Thank you for taking this journey with us. Let's keep chasing after eternal life!
Revival @ First Baptist Church (Quinwood, WV)
We love churches, and we love pastors....but we really love FBC Quinwood and their pastor Chad Rodes. The revival this week was incredible, and we thank the church for letting us be a part of it. Mostly, though, we thank God for those who gave their lives to Jesus Christ, as well as the many others who made big decisions. It was pretty cool to see people hitting the altar even before BJ could finish preaching. This we know for a fact: Jesus changes people!
One of our favorite things about FBC Quinwood...the thirty million kids they have! We LOVE seeing kids in church. It's such a beautiful, encouraging sign of growth.
Allow us to proudly present original art by Loren Isabelle Hanna. We will hang this precious canvas at our new house...with great pride! Loren is one of our heroes, and we love her to the moon and back.
Making Progress!
We're moving right along at our new place! Thank you SO MUCH to the crew of friends and family who helped us with heat pump installation last weekend! This weekend we'll continue with that project, as well as get the water hooked up. We are very excited! Please continue to pray with us about our three immediate needs: a barn, a tractor, and fencing. All we want is to see God use this property to draw folks closer to Him.
One Last Thing...
Looking for a date night? Or a family night? Go see this movie! We had a blast watching this just last night with friends at the Parkway Theater (West Jefferson, NC). One of the best movies we've seen in a long time. You'll love it!
