Tioga is pleased to offer a catastrophic plan that will cover serious injuries. However, we know that minor accidents can happen! Please follow the links below to purchase a voluntary individual student accident insurance to cover your child should they have an injury.

Our Individual Student Accident policies are underwritten by Ameritas. Options for coverage are listed below. Please refer to the attached plan summary for a detailed explanation of the policy and coverage.

The SAS accident claim form consists of 2 parts with detailed directions. A school official will complete Part A and the parent will submit Part B.
