Mindfulness Sessions
Being in school can be difficult at times. This, combined with the multiple changes in our world can cause anxiety for our students. We want to help! We will now be offering mindfulness opportunities starting at 12:30 PM every Tuesday through Friday via a Live Stream. These sessions, led by school psychologist Ms. Terman and interns from the Student Wellness Department, will provide an opportunity for students to reset and calm their minds. No sign up is required. Just click on the link at 12:30 PM on the corresponding day.
