Month in Review from QC, VP and Customer Care
Hello Boys and Gouls!
It has been a slow month over here in the FC but we still have a lot of new information to share with you!
First and foremost we are excited to announce Tracey Vaughan has joined the Private Label team as our new Customer Care BFF! We are sad to see Emily leave us, but we are very please to have Tracey on our team.

What's the buzz on Private Label?
Here is some feedback about PL via customer reviews and social media:
"I am so excited for this new line."
"ModCloth you are looking GOOD! <3"
"Thanks ModCloth for making such lovely dresses in sizes for curvy girls."
"Fabric looks very expensive."

Quality: Hits and Misses
Hits:
Bulk product is starting to come in with little or no variance to spec measurements. We are happy to see large spec variances less frequently than we have in the past. For us this is a great win because it means.... LESS ERROR REPORTS!
Misses:
We are still seeing consistent issues with arm holes and overall fit both here in quality and in customer feedback.
