For more information, see the PDF below.
If you’ve used Circool already, there is nothing new for you to do. We do recommend that you add the Circool icon to your phone. Here’s how:
- From your phone, go to https://hoovercs.circool.com/ and log in.
- Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen."
- Tap "Add."
We will continue to use Circool for large events as well. Everyone will be receiving an invitation to the Family & Friendsgiving Lunch next week.
FOR OTHER VISITORS (GRANDPARENTS, FRIENDS, ETC):
When you enter the school, you will scan a QR posted on the window on the front door or by the check-in window. Then, you will need to scan the front and back of your ID, as well as, take a selfie. Then, you will be able to receive a printed badge to enter the school.
