I am thrilled to share our May newsletter. It's a joyous time of year where we celebrate the accomplishments of our students and reflect on the growth and learning that has taken place throughout the academic year.

This month, our school community has much to be proud of. From academic achievements to artistic endeavors, our students have continued to demonstrate their resilience, creativity, and dedication. Whether it's through the exploration of new ideas in the classroom or the harmony created in our music programs, each accomplishment is a testament to the hard work and passion of our students.

In this newsletter, you will find some upcoming events and updates to keep you informed and engaged in our school community. As we approach the end of the school year, let us continue to support and uplift one another, celebrating the achievements of our students and looking forward to the bright possibilities that lie ahead. Our Earth Day event was a huge success and a wonderful celebration of our planet! A big thank you to our amazing PTO, Mrs. Silva, and our dedicated PE teachers for organizing such a fun and meaningful experience for our students. We’ve been working for years to get our school garden thriving, and thanks to Mrs. Silva’s leadership and her efforts to build partnerships with HEB, the Scouts, Klein Food Service, our PE team, and other community partners we’re finally seeing it come to life. We’re so grateful for her passion and dedication to making our campus greener and more sustainable!

As we approach the end of the school year, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to pick up any medications currently stored in the school clinic. All medications must be picked up before the last day of school.

Please note that any medication left in the clinic after the school year ends will be safely discarded and cannot be stored over the summer.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and for helping us keep our clinic organized and safe.

Please RSVP using the QR code above or this link by May 23rd. The form has space for three adults. If your party will have more than three adults, please complete the RSVP more than once. As always, school-age siblings are not invited as space will be limited. If we allow one family to bring a school-age child, we'd have to make the same allowance for every family and we really don't have the capacity. Thanks for understanding and supporting our campus procedures as we will have several visitors on campus.

We ask that you arrive by 8:45 as we plan to start promptly at 9:00. If you have never scanned in at Fox, please arrive earlier to allow time to have your IDs scanned. As always, all visitors must present a government issued ID to get a visitor's badge.

We are asking students to dress nicely/”Sunday best.” Let us know if you have any questions.

Calling Parent Volunteers!

As of now, we do not have a PTO board lined up for next school year. Our current PTO has poured their time, energy, and love into our campus, and they are understandably ready for a well-earned break.In the absence of a new board, we may need to explore a teacher-led committee model to continue hosting events and activities for our students. However, I truly hope to keep our teachers focused on what they do best—educating our children and nurturing responsible, caring citizens.

We’re hoping to keep the amazing momentum going—and we need your help! If you’re interested in volunteering or serving on the PTO board, now is the perfect time to get involved. Let’s work together to find our next group of passionate parent leaders!
