Due to expected icy sidewalks and windy weather on Wednesday Morning, January 10th, this month's Walking Wednesday is canceled. Let's hope for better weather for February's Walking Wednesday.

We were gifted with enough snow from the weekend to get back to snow tubing. Here are 20 Pictures of the Incredibles tubing.

5th, 6th and 7th Graders at City School will have a chance to learn how to cross country ski this winter.

Matt, from the Catamount Ski Association, brought large bags of different sized ski boots for students to try on. Next week the students will look over the list of names and sizes and grab the appropriately sized boots. The will then head outside for some lessons in cross country skiing - assuming we have enough snow to keep the skis from being damaged as they ski.

8th graders, please provide a baby picture to be added to the 2024 yearbook. Send a high quality (large) digital copy to Mr. Craib mcraib@maplerun.org. Or, provide a paper copy of your picture to your teacher. It will be scanned and returned to you immediately. Thank you.

Four to five students from the NCTC School of Cosmetology will come to St. Albans City School on Tuesday, January 9th and Wedenesday January 10th to provide roughly 12-15 students each day with haircuts. Supervision of the cosmetology students will be provided by the cosmetology instructors.

Questions can be directed to Sue Smith at the front desk or assistant principal, Stacie Rouleau.
