😁 Welcome Back to the 2024-2025 School Year! 😁

The halls were buzzing as we welcomed back 1st, 2nd & 3rd graders this past week. Students were busy getting to know each other and their new teachers. Kindergarten students met with their teachers and explored the classroom this week at their kindergarten screening appointment. Preschool is preparing for Preschool Orientation this coming week.

Welcome Mrs. Malin, our new Assistant Principal

Mrs. Malin has taught for 27 years, 25 years at SMK! We are excited to have her. She is most excited about the opportunity to support students and families in our community.

Mrs. Hill, Adjustment Counselor

Mrs. Hill is our Adjustment Counselor and has worked at SMK for 20 years. She helps students problem solve and regulate their emotions. We are grateful for her support!

New Math Program

Students in grades kindergarten through 6th will be using i-Ready this school year. This high quality instructional program aligns with our district goals as it imbeds student discourse in every lesson.

SMK & WMS receives a donation from Baystate Health!
