Ninety six students and seventeen adults walked to school on Wednesday morning, October 18th. The weather was pleasant. Team Triumph had the best participation rate by far. Nice work.

Thank you to the leaders and students for joining in. To those who drove to school Wednesday, consider walking with a group on one of the walking Wednesdays happening in the next two weeks. There is a walk scheduled on October 25th and another one scheduled on November 1st.

Ms. Bolton and Bloom's students enjoyed using a parachute and team work to pop soft toys high up into the air. They were in Ms. Jarvis and Mr. Fleming's P.E. class.

Greetings from the Climate Committee! We are announcing Biking Fridays from Houghton Park during the month of October! If you don’t have a bike, walking is an option although bikers and walkers will not be kept together while getting to school.

Meet up at Houghton Park earliest at 6:50 and leaving at 7:00.

We are doing this because if you walk, bike, or carpool to school, it lessens air pollution and hopefully our actions will slow global warming.
