At this time of year, it is important to take inventory of what we have and be thankful. I am truly thankful for the group of staff, students and families that we have at Eisenhower! We are having an excellent year and are excited looking forward.
Monday and Tuesday are the last days for our canned food drive. Thank you so very much for all who have donated so far as we are half way to our goal! Please send in any canned good you are willing to donate on Monday or Tuesday. There is more information in the article below. Thank you!
Just a reminder that we only have school Monday and Tuesday this week. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Attendance Matters!
Eisenhower Eagles know that daily attendance is crucial for success, significantly impacting their learning and growth. Last week, students who have maintained green status on their attendance trackers received their second of four locker stickers. These stickers serve as a visual reminder of our students' dedication to being present at school every day!
An exciting new attendance incentive is coming this January! All students who stay in the green on their attendance trackers will earn a FREE ticket to the Eagle Hangout, an afterschool event filled with games, laughter, fun, and quality time with friends!

Old Newsboys Lending a Helping Hand!
The Old Newsboys have graced us with the opportunity to order shoes/boots and coats to families that are in need of them for their Ike child. Thank you Old Newsboys!

- We are fortunate to benefit each year from the generosity of the Old Newsboys. Each year they donate vouchers for both coats and shoes. If your student, or families you know of, is in need, please contact Tim Holcombe at tholcombe@oregoncs.org.
- We are considering ways to get more time for students to work on fluency with adults. One thought we are working on is the possibility of having adults come one or two days per week from 8--9. We would like to have that covered 5 days per week. If you or someone you know (grandparents, etc.) would be interested, please email Mrs. Nadolny at tnadolny@oregoncs.org and we share more details.
