Q: What time does summer school begin?
A: The doors for school will open at 8:00am to begin drop-offs. Before school will open at 7:00am for students who need before school care. Before school costs $2 a day. School officially begins at 8:20am.
Q: How do I pay for before school care for my student?
A: You can register HERE for the procare app, if you've never registered before.
Q: Is there after school care this summer?
A: No, students will need to be picked up or ride a shuttle bus to a pick up location each day after school. Car lines will begin around 3:30pm each day. Shuttle stops are listed below.
Q: What happens if we have a vacation or sports camp scheduled and will miss a couple of days?
A: No problem! We know summertime is dedicated to those things. Let the office know of their absence, but we would love to still have your student on the other days they can attend!
Q: Does summer school have class on Friday?
A: Nope! Because of the nature of summer time and trips, sports, etc. we are only in session Monday through Thursday.
Q: When will I know who my child's teacher is?
A: Mailers for K-2 students and emails for all student placements will be going out the week of May 19th. Every student will receive an email by May 23rd with teacher names, shuttle times, and additional details for summer school.
Any transportation notes, updates, or changes you need to make BEFORE May 27th should be emailed to summerschool@logrogstudents.net!

*Parents will meet the bus for drop off at the scheduled bus stop times. These times will be posted and shared closer to the first day of summer school, pending enrollment numbers and shuttle stops usages.*
Students are welcome to bring lunch from home or enjoy breakfast and lunch meals served at school!
Breakfast: $1.60
Lunch: $2.85
Milk only: $0.50
If you qualify for free or reduced lunches during the school year, their qualification for that will roll over into the summer session. If you are enrolling a new to LR kindergartner or student and you believe you will qualify for free or reduced lunch prices, please contact the district office at 417-753-2891.
