CVUSD Preschool Helps Kick-Off the Annual Take 5 and Read to Kids! Campaign
Mr. Frank is a dedicated educational leader who is committed to creating a place for students to learn and grow through rendering positive student outcomes, school connectedness, and professional collaborative teams. For the past 15 years, Mr. Frank has served as Principal of Colina Middle School where he has led the way in cultivating exceptional academic experiences for students, while building a meaningful schoolwide character development program and fostering a caring, connected school community. Ms. Judd is a tenured educational leader in the CVUSD, devoting the past quarter of a century to making a positive impact in the Conejo community. Most recently, Ms. Judd has served as the Principal for Redwood Middle, where she progressed and enhanced the school’s longstanding tradition of academic excellence. Click here to read more.
Ms. Lee brings to the CVUSD exceptional leadership skills and a strong commitment to supporting students and families. She has more than 25 years of experience in education, including special education supervisory experience. The CVUSD community is invited to join the District’s Instructional Services team for two scheduled Preview Nights (virtual) to review a proposed new high school Core Literature title: They Called Us Enemy by George Takei, Steven Scott (Gr. 9 - Required-Extended).

This title is to be brought before the CVUSD Board of Education for Information/Discussion at the May 15th Board of Education Meeting and for Action at the June 5th Board of Education Meeting.

Join us for a Walk-In Interview on Tuesday, May 14th from 2:30pm-4:30pm and Tuesday May 21st from 2:30pm-4:30pm at our District Educational Center located at 1400 E. Janss Road in Thousand Oaks.
CVUSD Preschool Helps Kick-Off the Annual Take 5 and Read to Kids! Campaign
On Friday, May 3rd our CVUSD Preschool was selected to help kick-off the 8th annual Take 5 and Read to Kids! campaign with First 5 Ventura. As part of this special event, local celebrity readers: Ventura County Sheriff Jim Fryoff, Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin and Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce CEO Danielle Borjas visited the school to share their love of and the importance of literacy by reading stories to students.
