Have you moved in the past three years or will you be moving soon? If you have Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, please update your contact information. It’s important so we can reach you when it’s time to renew your health insurance. Visit mn.gov/dhs/mycontactinfo.

Through January 2024, Minnesotans on Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare who need extra time and support will have an additional month to turn in their renewal paperwork.
