Kids Heart Challenge starts after winter break, and we are proud to support the American Heart Association through this service-learning program. Students will learn how to have happy and healthy hearts and brains, while raising lifesaving donations to help others with special hearts. Plus, your family can learn the lifesaving skill of Hands-Only CPR through Finn’s Mission!

In collaboration with the American Heart Association, we are working on being happy and healthy hearts and brains, which helps us be school ready!

For the first two weeks we are back in January (Jan 6-17) students will NOT be rotating to their WIN groups. This will be the time when staff focus on our Chinook New Year Challenge. We will be focusing on the Importance of joy, confidence, self-expression and both physical and emotional well-being. All which adds to being school ready! We will also be reviewing our Chinook’s Guidelines for Success and our Chinook’s School Wide Matrix as student's are getting back into the school routine.

Our Theme song this year is "Better When I'm Dancin'". See the link below. You and family are welcome to join us on the journey to get our bodies moving! Let's Dance!!
