School Dress Code
As a reminder, all students must be in uniform daily. Our Climate and Safety Team will be addressing Students who are out of compliance. PARENTS/GUARDIANS WILL BE ASKED TO BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE DRESSED INAPPROPRIATELY.
The following clothing is not permitted (as outlined in the Student Handbook, and communicated with Students and Families at the beginning of the School Year:
Non-School District Hoodies
Graphic Hoodies
Tights/Leggings
Sweatpants
Bubble Slippers
Plain White T-Shirts
Jeans (unless a School District Approved Day)
****Students are not permitted to tie their shirts in the back and have their stomach exposed****
PLEASE REMIND YOUR STUDENT OF THE ACCEPTABLE DRESS CODE

Attendance, Seat Time and Denial of Credit
To obtain academic credit for a course, students must be in attendance and have their attendance recorded at least 90% of the time that a class is scheduled. Failure to attend at least 90% of the scheduled classes of any one credit course or half-credit course may result in a denial of credit for that course. Please reach out to the Guidance Office at Chester High School for further information
April is Autism Awareness Month...Please come out and support
Student Lateness
School starts everyday at 7:30am. Students are admitted into the building beginning at 7:15am. Students who arrive late for school, after 8:30am must be brought in the building by a parent or guardian and signed in the late book. There is a mandatory process.
