Welcome to November! Please take a moment to vote in our polls below about a parent night. School Site Council thanks you!

We are experiencing a lot of hands on behaviors for solving problems, especially at recess. We are talking to students individually, but it's to the point where we are addressing the school as a whole on Friday during our assembly. Rec aides are cracking down on unsafe behaviors. Students will have the option to walk laps or sit on the bench in accordance with the new recess laws. We always appreciate the home/school partnership, so talking to your kids about solving problems with respectful words is helpful! Students are encouraged to try to resolve conflict respectfully between themselves first, but we have conflict managers and adults who can help if needed.

THANK YOU for all the food donations! The food goes directly to people in our community at the Carmichael Presbyterian Food Closet!

We have had a lot of clothes left each night and over the weekend. Unfortunately, we also have visitors on campus who are not always respectful of items during those times. We had to throw away clothes today that were used as a toilet over the weekend. We are asking that all students help by being responsible for their own items. We try to collect things at the end of the day, but we can't always. Thank you for reminding your students to take their items with them!
