Another week in the books! I am looking forward to our first home game this week against Rancho Bernardo this Wednesday.

For our first game, I'd like as many new parents as possible to come out to learn about scoring and timekeeping. I know we have a lot of new parents so we're holding a small session for those who want to learn. It's not mandatory for those who want to scorekeep throughout the season, it's a quick sync up so we all know how to perform those duties.

Some other big news: There is a change to our game schedule to make up for our cancelled game against CCA. We now will play Scripps Ranch on Tuesday September 12th at Scripps Ranch, finalized this weekend. This will be a great matchup and I cannot wait.

Reminders: photos by Yary Photography will be done on this Saturday September 2nd at Poway Lake 11am. If you cannot make it, please let me know.

I am still accepting checks for donations throughout practices this week.

Chicken Charlie's fundraiser is next Wednesday 09/06. Practice will take place still 6:30-8:30pm, consider ordering food for your hungry athletes to be ready after practice.
